This Barn is a testament to MWB Residence’s expertise in transforming historic agricultural buildings into luxurious, light-filled family homes.

Set on the edge of Mawdesley village, this formerly derelict barn was reimagined as a spacious 5,500 sq. ft residence.

Working closely with the client, MWB Residence retained much of the barn’s original character while introducing a modern material palette of reclaimed brick, black larch cladding, exposed steel, and English oak.

The home features expansive open spaces, an oak-framed glass bar, a dramatic triple-garage link, and a cantilevered sky bridge, all designed to host family and friends in style.
