This award-winning project involved the complete extension and refurbishment of a disused 200-year-old mid-terrace cottage, transforming it into a sleek, modern two-bedroom home.

MWB Residence was tasked with opening up the rear of the building and adding a striking mono-pitched extension to create a minimalist kitchen and entertainment space.

Inside, a floating industrial-style staircase of steel, oak, and glass connects the three floors, while large areas of architectural glazing flood the home with natural light.

Thoughtful design ensured that the open-plan living spaces, ensuite bedrooms, and rooftop terrace delivered both style and comfort.
