A Contemporary Housing Scheme Shaped by Craft, Variety, and Modern Living
Working in collaboration with a national housebuilder and a wider multidisciplinary design team, we contributed to the development of a complete range of house types for this new 133-home neighbourhood. Each dwelling was designed individually to suit its specific plot and orientation yet carefully composed to feel cohesive and establish a distinctive new identity within the local area.
Traditional materials are paired with contemporary detailing to create a timeless but fresh character, while varied roof heights, architectural accents, and subtle material shifts contribute to a rich and engaging streetscape. The result is a development that feels both harmonious and diverse, offering homes from 2 to 6 bedrooms tailored to modern living and community-focused design principles.
