We begin by listening. A detailed measured survey and an in-person consultation with one of our senior architects or technicians helps us understand your ambitions, your site, and how you want to live. Our team develops early design proposals using sketches, 3D imagery, precedent studies, and site analysis. At the Concept Design Meeting, we explore a range of approaches and present a refined scheme tailored to your lifestyle, design preferences, and budget, helping unlock the full potential of your property or land. An optional cost estimate from our Quantity Surveying team provides early visibility and budget clarity.

Once the concept is approved, we prepare and submit all planning documentation, liaising directly with the relevant local authority. Our strong relationships and proven track record help streamline the process and give your application the best possible chance of success.

With planning consent secured, we produce a comprehensive technical design package. This includes full architectural construction drawings, interior layouts, lighting, joinery, kitchen and bathroom designs, and specifications. We also manage Building Regulations approval and tendering for construction.

During construction, we remain closely involved, conducting regular site visits, coordinating with contractors, and resolving technical queries.
