Inspired by Scandinavian design, the Hygge Space range of prefabricated modular buildings combines functionality, warmth, and tranquillity. These are more than just buildings; they are calm, inviting sanctuaries where light, nature, and simplicity work in harmony. Our design philosophy celebrates Nordic living through honest materials, thoughtful craftsmanship, modern manufacturing, and sensitivity to the surrounding landscape.

Koncept 01 is a compact celebration of Scandinavian warmth and ingenuity. Its asymmetrical roofline creates a playful silhouette, while the exposed gluelam frame inside reflects Nordic traditions of cosiness and simplicity. High ceilings and carefully positioned glazing flood the interior with natural light, creating a seamless connection between indoor living and outdoor spaces. Clad in thermally modified natural wood and equipped with thick insulation, these buildings are built to endure harsh winters, in remote locations, while offering year-round comfort.

Single-storey modular sections can be combined in a variety of configurations, offering flexible layouts and sizes. Designed to comply with UK Permitted Development rules for domestic outbuildings, many Koncept 01 buildings do not require planning permission or building regulations approval, although they can be tailored to meet full UK Building Regulations when needed.
